Welcome to Team Sell4Free Value Realty Alaska!

We strive to give our customers the best possible service with an emphasis on personal attention….with the lowest possible sales commissions. This sets us apart from the rest of the industry!

When you sell your home and purchase another from your Sell4Free® Realtor, we negotiate our selling commission to $0 and you’ll only pay the cooperating broker so that means a savings of 50% in selling commissions! If your Sell4Free® Realtor brings the buyer to the transaction, there is NO commission to sell your home! We mean what we say: “Buy from Me and I’ll sell your home For Free!®”

Technology is a big part of searching for a new home and we are uniquely positioned to market your home on over a dozen websites. We are able to track and respond to those inquiring buyers, monitor “hits” on your listing and auto-respond to potential buyers immediately.

We are full-service Realtors and the marketing plans we design are effective and timely in getting showings and getting your house sold. We will digitally photograph your home, provide high-quality flyers and professional signage, sponsor open houses, advise in the staging and preparation of your home for marketing, attend inspections and appraisals and negotiate on your behalf in all stages of the transaction. You will also receive a customized email marketing plan to highlight your property with our extensive contact sphere.

Our Sell4Free® Team are all Long-time or Lifetime Alaskans and we know the market! We specialize in Southcentral Alaska homes and property but will be happy to refer you to qualified Realtors throughout the lower-48 and Hawaii should you be relocating outside of Alaska.

Thanks for visiting our site and be sure to take advantage of the excellent information in our “links” section. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Our "direct" numbers are:  Mary Jo: 907-561-3732, Brian: 907-727-4715 and Cherie: 907-244-0920

We're looking forward to hearing from you.
